Liu Zhenxing, a new driver of BMKP, but he was popular with children because he is experienced of taking care of children. Nonetheless, when Mr. Liu started his career as a BMKP driver, he experienced a period of confusion.
When he becomes a BMKP driver, he was too shy to open the door for the consumer. On the other hand, he was troubled with how to get more orders and provide better services to consumers. Later, he developed the habit to experience zebra pattern car and learn from other BMKP drivers. Gradually his service comment scores increases rapidly. It is the ride experience of zebra pattern car that help him break though.
During the ride of zebra pattern car, Mr. Liu paid much attention on drivers’ behaviors and details of zebra pattern car. The car is clean and tidy and equipped with water, tissues, charger, etc. Before getting to the car, the driver will open the door for you, and when arriving at the destination, the driver will remind you to take your personal effects. One more detail that the driver won’t initiate conversation with the passengers. Mr. Liu said approvingly that details decided the quality of service.
After experiencing several rides of zebra cars, Mr. Liu realized the gap in his service and makes great efforts to improve service quality. Now, he greets every passenger with enthusiasm and habitually opens the car door for passengers. When the passengers arriving at destination, he will remind them to take with personal effects and pay attention to the traffic. In his spare time, Mr. Liu will clean the car and fresh the air inside.
Mr. Liu’s attentive service wins the praise from passengers. Meanwhile he gets more orders because he summarizes rules of getting order more efficient.
Generally, Mr. Liu gets up early and receives a order of going to airport, and upon finishing the order, he will catch the morning rush, so that he can easily get orders. From 12 am to 16 pm, he back home to have a rest and take care of his baby. Then he will receive orders during the evening peak. Usually, Mr. Liu finished his work on 23 pm, which ensures both orders and enough sleep.
Mr. Liu said that he doesn’t want miss any moment of his kid’s growth and being a BMKP driver help him to balance family and career.
