As the new policy put into effect, the drivers for taxi and online car hailing are eligible for unified management. Furthermore the government cancels the ban for online car hailing for entering the station for visitors.

After the State Council issuing the new policy of online car hailing in 2016, Wuhan government put forward Suggestions on the Implementation of Policies and Measures Pertaining to the Development of the Taxi Industry in 2017. the new policy of Wuhan proposes to improve the distribution system of interests and encourage enterprises to explore new distribution system of interests.
BMKP finished the acquisition of Wuhan Shenglong Taxi company on December 10th, 2018, which was the first acquisition case since the new policy published.
The sharing economy is far from the maximizing dividends. With more policies supports, the online car hailing industry helps to promote the upgrading of traditional taxi industry. Therefore, the online car hailing industry will have more promising future.
